Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
Improve customer service operations and develop cost-effective supply chain acquisition solutions.
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
Assist in proposal development, as requested.
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Bachelor's Degree, MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Political Science/Affairs, MPPs, and MBA preferred
2+ year Knowledge in anticipatory intelligence-based supply chain risk assessment, triage, mitigation, and transformation through automation and cutting-edge process improvement methods
2+ year Experience in client relationship/management and moving client organizations from issue to outcome
2+ year Experience in open research, translating information into actionable insights
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% of each work week
Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supply chain infrastructure, vertical supply chain integration, and logistics
Experience in merger & acquisition (M&A) due diligence competitive intelligence, markets and industry analysis
Experience with private equity strategy in defense and medical application markets strongly preferred
Major architypes within the portfolio: Business/Economics focused campus hires, Poly-maths and Coders, as well as SOF/IC
Experience with critical minerals and materials, sourcing of those materials and applications Veterans, all with a strong interest in international affairs and/or Defense/Security issues
Multilingual speakers (example; Russian or Mandarin)
Self-starters who are coachable and are team players
Individuals who enjoy data analytics
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
