Job Purpose & ScopeThe Talent Acquisition Recruiter III partners with management and business line owners, leading and advising internal customers in the development of talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified talent. Creates and drives effective sourcing strategies and proactive candidate outreach, attracting and engaging qualified talent for the Bank. Provides a positive candidate experience, understands recruitment methodologies, and balances talent acquisition metrics with business drivers. Essential Job Functions

Serve as a strategic and trusted partner and advisor to business line leaders and hiring managers, staying informed on current and future staffing needs.

Conduct strategy meetings with the hiring manager to ensure understanding of business/staffing/job requisition needs and alignment of recruiting goals and methodologies.

Educate hiring managers regarding recruitment responsibilities, legal requirements, and candidate management.

Develop and implement robust, insightful sourcing strategies, including diversity outreach, to proactively source and identify active and passive candidates; build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline.

Conduct phone/in-person screens to qualify candidates against position requirements, present most qualified candidates to hiring manager, schedule interviews with hiring manager, and advise in the selection of qualified candidates.

Guide managers and candidates through the recruiting process including interviewing, candidate selection, salary approvals and negotiations, offer extension, and onboarding.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with management, Compensation, and HR Business Partners to ensure recruitment expenditures comply with budget.

Document recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in a timely and accurate manner to ensure compliance with legal/regulatory standards and Bank policy (i.e., candidate disposition, requisition closure).

Utilize ATS and various tools to track recruiting metrics and identify market trends to help drive recruitment strategies.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Serve as brand ambassador at various events including career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, etc.

Regularly exercise discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.

Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work.

Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Comprehensive knowledge of effective recruitment strategies, methods, tools, sources, and best practices

Comprehensive knowledge of and proficiency in ATS software and/or other recruitment systems

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations as they pertain to recruitment and hiring

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels of the organization

Ability to establish and maintain a vast network of effective professional relationships

Ability to persuade and influence candidates and hiring managers

Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and demonstrate a sense of urgency to fulfill business objectives

Ability to demonstrate business acumen

Ability to design and execute full cycle recruitment campaigns

Ability to produce accurate, thorough, and timely work

Ability to demonstrate effective analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to follow policies and to communicate them accurately to others

Ability to travel when needed

Skill in using computer, Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), web-based tools, and business systems, including ATS software and/or other recruitment systems

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience required

4+ years of full-cycle corporate, RPO and/or contract recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume setting, required

Relevant employment and recruiting certifications (e.g., ACIR, CSSR, CSMR, PRC) preferred
