We are accepting applications for our 2025 intern and co-op season for various disciplines across the U.S.What role you will play in the teamExxonMobil employs over 18,000+ engineers and scientists globally, 35% of which are across the U.S. As a Toxicology intern working at ExxonMobil, you’ll be a part of world class teams and gain hands-on experience and skills working on projects that create impact.EMBSI's Internship Program is a paid, 40-hour per week program for graduate students enrolled at an accredited U.S. university. Assistance with housing during the summer is available. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who qualify.Learn more about ExxonMobil Career Paths here (https://corporate.exxonmobil.com/careers#careerpaths)What you will doEMBSI's internship program gives graduate students the opportunity to gain real work experience in industrial toxicology while enhancing their technical and critical thinking abilities. Interns will work on their own project(s) under the guidance of EMBSI toxicologists in areas related to hazard identification, product safety evaluation, and human health risk assessment. Interns will also participate in seminars and project discussion group meetings. At the end of the summer, the intern will present their project results to management and technical staff.Qualifications and SkillsCandidates should have the following qualifications:

Attend a university in a US state or territory and be eligible to work in the United States

Pursuing a PhD or MS in Toxicology or a related field

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Evidence of leadership and teamwork skills in work and/or extracurricular activities

Desire for a career in industrial toxicology
