Assist HVAC Instructor in working closely with appropriate Service Managers to define goals and measurable objectives for apprentices entering the team.
Assist with the development and administration of training courses for both virtual and in-person instructor lead training, as well as for external virtual training.
Assist in the development and implementation of testing and assessment procedures to evaluate training program effectiveness.
Assist in the design and development of interactive and multimedia instructional programs using the latest technology, including but not limited to software, hardware, web-based applications, social media tools and other emerging technologies.
Assist in design and develop hybrid and on-line courses using content creation software.
Monitor, track, and complete attendance using a learning management system (Litmos).
Assist in developing and administering soft skills training courses.
Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate Field Trade Training.
Participate in projects designed to improve training and learning by establishing standardized, measurable assessments and evaluations.
Maintain all Apprentice program enrollments through RAPIDS system.
Travel and Logistic support, along with event coordination for training venue setup, material and meals for all facilitators doing any in-house training.
Assist with the procurement of training materials.
Collaborate with HVAC Instructor and appropriate Service Managers to develop a yearly training schedule for employees.
Maintain and manage all training records on the Learning Management System (Litmos).
Provide training reports, and apprentice program metrics to appropriate Service Managers.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or equivalent combination of education and commercial HVAC experience.
Ability to work in a team or individually to complete complex tasks.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong knowledge of utilizing LMS (Learning Management System).
Effective and collaborative team player, motivated by a fast-paced high-performance environment.
Ability to prioritize and plan both classroom and work activities; have effective time management skills; set and enforce high standards; plan for additional resources; set goals and objectives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat, and content creation software.
Experience with Paycom is highly preferred.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills for training facilitation.
