RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UI/UX Developer in Houston, TX.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have experience in building high-performance front-end applications
Have a clear understanding of messaging technologies and back-end services
Have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and its idiosyncrasies
Have strong computer science foundations
Have a clear understanding of OO and functional programming paradigms
Have experience in full software development lifecycle with agile methodologies
Have experience in test driven development using modern source control and continuous integration
Have experience leveraging modern frameworks, libraries, tools and languages
Is multi-skilled with expertise across software development lifecycle and toolset
May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks
Sought out as coach for at least one technical skill
Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test
Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security
Stays abreast of cutting edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business; May give speeches and outside the firm, writes articles
Technical Skills:
TypeScript
React
Redux
Immutable.js
RXJS
Webpack, Grunt and NPM
Electron, web workers and multi-process architecture
Automation and TDD with Karma and Jasmine
Experience in Investment Banking, FinTech, or Financial Markets a plus
