We’re seeking a Sales Leader for our Americas team who is passionate about the success of both our clients and Account Executives. This is a player/coach role developing and executing strategies for complex enterprise deals.We’re looking for a manager who knows how to build trusting relationships and partner with Account Executives to maximize their success.You will be a part of a cohesive Americas leadership team and responsible for all Sales Operations within your territory.Responsibilities:You will be significantly growing the Americas business by: Establishing a strong overall sales strategy in collaboration with the Americas leadership teamWorking with Account Executives as a coach on strategy and maximize their success in salesOverseeing sales strategy, setting goals and quotas, generating/reviewing metrics and reports, and identifying improvements needed in sales processesEnergizing and driving the sales organization to be high performers and achieve stretch goalsCoordinating sales planning, pipeline reviews and action plans to drive goals and meet/exceed targetsHiring and developing a world class sales team to support Copperleaf’s growthAdvocating for the success of our clients and prospects in achieving business value from Copperleaf solutionsContributing and shaping the company cultureDefining annual sales incentive and compensation plansHelping guide the ongoing evolution of formal sales methodology and related enablement tool kitsDeveloping industry and product knowledge within the teamWorking proactively with partners, and our partner BD/Enablement/Success team members, to generate more business with and through partnersWhat We’re OfferingSalary Range:  $200,000-$225,000 plus 100% variableFlexible paid time off, including sick and holiday Medical, dental, & vision insurance 401K with Company contribution Flexible spending accounts Life insurance and disability benefits Tuition assistance Community involvement and volunteering events
