Job Summary:
Cluck Clucks is a Canadian chicken and waffles franchise opening its first location in the US, in Sugar Land. We are seeking friendly and energetic team members who will deliver high quality service in a fast paced environment, no prior fast food restaurant experience necessary.
Our ideal candidate will excel at 4 things:

3. Keep all areas of our restaurant sparkling clean

This is an "all-roles" position with the following duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food items following proper food handling procedures
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, prep areas
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed
- Handle guest concerns well under pressure without the support of a manager
Qualifications:
- No previous experience is necessary, all training will be provided
- Must be detail oriented and passionate about customer service
- Excellent language and communication skills
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
Highly outgoing, cheerful, service oriented individuals will be preferred.
