We are a sugarcane juice shop that also sells tea/boba, Vietnamese sandwiches and Indian snacks. We're looking for team players who actively contributes to a team with customer service duties like greeting customers, assisting with sales, and maintaining a positive attitude within the service environment; key skills include strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with others.
Key responsibilities of a team member/supervisors include:
Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Operational tasks: Completing assigned tasks efficiently, prepping food and drink items, cleaning work areas, maintaining product displays, and following company procedures.
Communication: Effectively communicating with customers, managers, and other team members.
Sales support: Assisting with sales transactions, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets.
Compliance: Adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
some experience in restaurants for front and back of house is a plus but not required! Training will be provided.
