We are a family-owned small bakery specializing in traditional Nigerian pastries, known as Nigerian cookies (Chin Chin).
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for someone that has some experience in working with dough, preparing dough, frying, and packaging. You will work alongside with us to maintain the quality and consistency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Roll, cut, and shape dough to produce consistent and quality cookies.
-Fry cookies to perfection while ensuring quality control.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the bakery.
-Follow all food safety regulations and best practices.
-Assist in inventory management and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
-Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.
MUST HAVE:
-Reliable transportation
-Food handlers certificate
Hours are at random mainly in the morning and sometimes afternoon and part-time.
Pay is 8.00/hr
