Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented referral person to join our office team. Will be responsible for coordinating an processing patient referral to specialist, ensuring seamless communication between our office, patients and external places.
Key responsibility: Ensure timely scheduling of appointment base on physician orders and patients need.
Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorization for referrals including PPO, HMO,POS,Medicare, and Medicaid.
Fallow up on referral status and assist patients with any questions.
Answers incoming phone call during business hour
Qualification: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Bilingual- e Clinical, multitasking skill and passionate about care of the patient.
