Job Description: We are seeking experienced painting subcontractors to join our growing team for residential projects. We pay above market rate so we expect our crew leaders to be exceptionally professional and competent.
About Us: Proper Prep Painters is a residential painting company specializing in interior, exterior, and cabinet painting. We are aware that our workplace is someone's home, so we always treat it with respect. The way we interact with customers is just as important as the quality of our work
Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A SUBCONTRACTOR
-We need at least 3 local references that we can contact by phone
-Must have a clean vehicle WITHOUT advertising
-Pictures of your previous work
-Speak and read English fluently
-Must own standard painting tools
What We Offer:

-Progress payments can be negotiated for bigger projects
Responsibilities
-Standard interior and exterior painting for owner-occupied homes
-Communication with management and homeowners about the status of the project
-Control dust and overspray
-Sheetrock repairs
