Farm Team Member – Housing + $3,000 Monthly

Three Dudes Farm is hiring a Farm Team Member to join our small but growing team. If you’re looking for work that matters, a place to grow, and an opportunity that’s more than just a job, this could be for you.
Here’s the deal: Everyone here does everything. There’s no skipping the hard work. We have done every single task on this farm, and anyone joining us will too. That’s how this farm works. There are many future growth opportunities here, and we look forward to discussing them with you.
What You’ll Do:
Farm Work: Cutting stems (1,250+ per day), planting (weekly/monthly), fertilizing, pest monitoring, weeding, and cultivating.
Landscaping & Property Maintenance: Zero-turn mowing, weed eating, hedge trimming, fence line maintenance, pool cleaning, manure cleanup, and handling and feed rescue farm animals and manure.
Occasional Tasks: Compost management, deliveries, and content creation (if comfortable with photos/videos).
Daily Maintenance: Cooler upkeep, van maintenance.
