We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Helper to join our team in Stafford, TX. This position requires a bilingual individual (English/Spanish) who is eager to support daily operations in a fast-paced work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and products.
-Operate hand tools and basic equipment as needed.
-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, ensuring smooth workflow in both English and Spanish.
-Assist with inventory management and basic housekeeping duties.
-Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
-Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or general labor role is preferred but not required.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
-Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical labor.
