Immigration Law Firm is looking for experienced business based immigration legal assistants for immediate hire.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist attorneys in preparing and filing business immigration petitions and applications
Conduct legal research and gather necessary documentation
Maintain and organize case files and client records
Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders
Monitor case status and ensure timely follow-up
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in business immigration law required

The ideal candidate will have experience with AOS, Consular and other basic immigration forms. Also must be organized, works well with others, work well under pressure, be computer and outlook literate and have good customer service skills.
