Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, modifications, and other related cases.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Attend court hearings, mediation, and other legal proceedings.
Provide clients with legal advice and support throughout their cases.
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
