We’re a busy boutique law firm in Southwest Houston, led by a solo practitioner, and we’re seeking a Female Legal Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. What We Do:
Our firm specializes in Immigration Law, Garnishment Defense, Landlord-Tenant Law, Consumer Protection, Debt Collection Defense, and more—dedicated to delivering excellent client service.
Your Role:
Manage client calls, provide case updates, and respond to emails
Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
Organize case files, schedule appointments, and handle mailing tasks
Send demand letters, legal briefs, and more using USPS Click-N-Ship
Assist with information gathering, document review, research, and anything else to keep cases on track
