Full-time Case Manager for processing of Social Security Disability cases.
Applicant MUST possess the following skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Three years SSD claim handling experience
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Ability to handle a wide variety of personalities with professionalism
Applicant will preferably have the following skills:
- Experience with Abacus database and Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Experience ordering, reviewing, and uploading medical records and preparing claim files for hearing.
- Familiarity with medical and legal terminology.
- A two-year degree and at least three years of experience in handling Social Security Disability claims highly preferred
The ideal candidate for this position should also be able to deal professionally with management, attorneys, other staff members, and particularly with the firm's clients, be pro-active, have the ability to pay great attention to detail, and be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, growing environment.
