Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration applications and petitions.
Manage client communications, ensuring timely updates on case progress.
Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation for cases.
Monitor case deadlines and ensure all filings comply with USCIS and other regulatory bodies’ requirements.
Maintain organized case files and databases.
Qualifications:
Experience as a paralegal in immigration law (1-3 years).
Strong understanding of U.S. immigration processes and forms (e.g., asylum petitions, VAWA, U-Visa, work visas, green cards).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Bilingual in Spanish required.
