Law Firm needs a receptionist.
Receptionist will be part of a team wherein she will be in charge of handling the following:
Phone calls coming in from insurance companies and medical providers,
Assisting with client calls,
Signing up and screening new clients,
Making claims with insurance companies,
Assisting coordinate client medical treatment,
Assisting with making appointments and handling attorneys calendar, and
Helping with retrieving medical and billing records.
