Our Personal Injury Law Firm is located in Southwest Houston (Beltway 8 & Bellaire) has a job position opening for immediate hire. We have a friendly environment with growth opportunities. The position is for full time and ideal candidates must be Bilingual in English and Spanish and some computer skills.
Opening
-Legal Assistant - Korean department
Must be bilingual in Korean and English
Candidate must possess strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written)
Knowledge of phone etiquette in a professional setting
Candidate must be able to multi-task and handle high volume case load
Communicate with clients, adjusters, attorneys
Managing cases from intake, liability/PD throughout the treatment process
No prior experience required; training will be provided

Experience with Filevine is a BIG PLUS
Candidate must possess strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written)
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures in personal injury
Knowledge of phone etiquette in a professional setting
Candidate must be able to multi-task and handle high volume case load
All potential candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in reviewing medical and billing records, drafting demands, drafting correspondence, document management, and research skills
Draft demands, send out demands to insurance companies
Communicate with clients, adjusters, attorneys
Work closely with case managers and pre-litigation departments
Negotiate and resolve pre-litigation personal injury claims
Follow up with release and any settlement documents
Prefer bilingual in Spanish and English
Hourly rate will be discussed upon interview
