Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Marketing Representative to join our team for a one-day event at a small business conference in Houston. The goal is to promote our employee benefit program to small business owners and gather information for follow-up sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Walk around the convention center with a tablet, actively engaging with small business owners.
Introduce our benefit program and communicate its benefits for small businesses with10 or more employees.
Capture vital information, including:
Business owner’s name and contact information.
Type of payroll system used.
Level of interest in offering financial wellness benefits to employees.
Provide a positive first impression of the company, building trust with potential clients.
Ensure collected data is accurately recorded in the tablet system for follow-up.
Requirements:
Must be available in-person at the conference in Houston.
Outgoing personality; enjoys approaching and talking to people.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable using a tablet to input data.
Experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.
