Houston based multi family flooring company looking for Installation Supervisor. This position will have 60 to 70 sub contractor installers reporting to you. You will be responsible for assigning all jobs to sub contractors daily. Most jobs are sent in with 1 day notice and are required to be completed in 1 day. Typically 100 to 160 jobs per day to schedule. You will be the liaison between the installers and the sales and customer service teams, working together with communication on each job to have them finished daily in a clean and timely manner. Other duties will be walking jobs for inspection of quality and cleanliness. You will be responsible for bringing on new contractors as needed. Typical to have to bench, or stop using, installers and have a back up list to work in as needed. Pay is dependent on experience. You will be responsible for the entire department and the other employee's working in your department.
