The Service Manager performs service duties and supervises and coordinates activities of workers to ensured that all upkeep, inventory, and equipment is completed in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for a 24-hour response to service requests.
Responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance.
Responsible to be available to work on an on-call basis.
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers to achieve goals.
Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all tools required by John Deer and its affiliated companies for Service Technician.
Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the equipment to manager.
Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and always insuring a professional appearance and attitude for all service personnel.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or agriculture field.
Knowledge of agriculture, farming, and ranching.
Must be detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
