Administrative Assistant – Fabrication company located in Northwest Houston
Seeking a professional and qualified Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude, excellent communication skills, be courteous and professional, and willing to train/be coachable.
We are looking to fill this position immediately!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform administrative sales support
Strong computer skills
Must have experience working in Sage100
Microsoft Office Suites experience (mainly Excel and Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to speak in a professional manner to customers, vendors, and senior management.
Quick-thinking, problem solver, organized and detail-oriented
Must be willing to train and be coachable
Must be willing to take on a variety of assignments as assigned by management on an as-needed basis within the department
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
Must have experience working in ERP/Accounting Software; highly preferred to have Sage100 experience.
Must be able to work onsite from 7:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Pay rate is $16-$18/hr., DOE
