We are hiring for an administrative office assistant at our Houston location in the Spring Branch area.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Payables:
1. Review, code and enter account payables.
2. Maintain Purchase Receipts.
3. Assist end of month reconciliation by reviewing statements.
Filing:
1. Create and maintain files: vendors, customers and employees.
General:
1. Keep track of uniforms and safety gear.
2. Assist with vending machine.
3. Answer office phones.
4. Assist sales and other departments when needed.
Requirements:
Bilingual Preferred
Minimum 1 Year of Office Experience Required
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Quick Books Experience Preferred
Attention to Detail
Organized
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Hours: 8-5, M-F, 40 hours per week
