Administrative specialist - Office Accounting and Payroll

Must have experience in bookkeeping, have organization skills and be a self starter- this position encompasses greeting clients, giving price quotes and processing payments, also track jobs, invoicing and employee earnings. Also excel, and quick book skill - tax experience a plus but not necessary

Will lead to management

We work Monday- Saturday. You are required to work Saturdays, but chose a day off during the week ( 5 day work week )

Chinese, Spanish languages are a great plus .
