We are looking for a person who has strong computer skills who can navigate our company software that schedules our service calls and projects. The job requires that you coordinate with departments to ensure we have the materials needed to complete projects in a safe and timely manner. Must have the ability to have guys on the jobs on time with everything needed. The job also includes Timesheet management, Job note review daily, and reporting to other departments any issues that may arise. It also includes purchase orders for small jobs. Some customer interaction may be required.
Bilingual is required as well as a valid DL and transportation. Some weekends require and long hours possible.
