We are an international shipping company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in logistics, shipping, and customs documentation who wants to build a long-term career in the industry. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and preparing shipping and customs documents
Tracking cargo and updating shipment records
Maintaining accurate logistics files and reports
Assisting with inventory and cargo management
Day-to-day office tasks, data entry, and recordkeeping
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
Industry knowledge in import/export logistics and terminology is a plus (but not required)
