We are in search of a full-time office administrator for a small plumbing company.
Job responsibilities would include:
Answering daily phone calls and speaking to builders, project managers and homeowners in a professional manner
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Manage daily company schedule.
Create estimates and invoices.
Enter data into accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
Reading and replying to emails daily
Candidate must be able to multitask, must also have strong organizational skills, must be an independent and
efficient worker and have great written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Outlook and familiar with using the Internet.
