Duties Include:
General Administrative Support
Enter data from credit card statements, ensuring expenses are recorded correctly and reconciling those statements
Reconcile bank accounts
Export information from accounting system to Excel spreadsheets
General accounting duties
Requirements Include:
MS Office – mostly Word and Excel
QuickBooks a plus
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and their staff
