Entry Level Personal Assistant for Home Office - Privacy-Focused, Versatile, and Detail-Oriented
Need weekends and flexible schedule (11-7pm)
Location: Home Office
We are currently seeking a personal assistant with technical/admin experience(iPhone, apps, Outlook, Excel, Share Drive, OneDrive, Google Ste, etc)
Must have at least 1-2 years as an admin person or experience with data entry in college
We are looking for an individual who is committed to maintaining the highest standards while also being open to taking on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Tag, identify, and upload family data into systems
- Manage and organize data in a structured and efficient manner
- Ensure the privacy and security of all sensitive information
- Take on additional tasks and projects as required
- Administrative skills-critical but notooking for high end admin person. Alot of this can be learned and is common sense.
Requirements:
- Mild experience working with data entry and administration of systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain privacy of information.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and tools
- Willingness to adapt and take on new tasks as necessary
