Position Announcement: Entry-Level Personal Assistant for Home Office
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented personal assistant to support our home office operations. This role requires a commitment to privacy and versatility, as well as a schedule that includes availability on weekends. Hours are typically 11-7pm or 12-8pm

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles or relevant data entry experience acquired during college.
- Proficiency in technical and administrative tools, including iPhone applications, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Suite, and other relevant software.
- A strong emphasis on maintaining the highest standards of privacy and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Tag, identify, and upload family data accurately into designated systems.
- Manage and organize data systematically to ensure accessibility and efficiency.

- Demonstrate critical administrative skills; while prior experience is beneficial, a willingness to learn and apply common sense is equally important.
