Who we are looking for?
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented real estate administrative lead to join our dynamic team. This person will possess a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The Administrative lead must possess an excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, agents, and team members. A strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
This person should display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, ensuring smooth operations.
The administrative lead must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adjusting to changing priorities and demands.
The administrative lead must demonstrative proficiency in using various software applications, including real estate databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our real estate agents and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Living around the Sugarland, Missouri City, Sienna and Stafford will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Office Management: Oversees and manages the transaction coordinators and realtors while contributing to the overall efficiency and management of the RT Realty team. Maintaining accurate records of property listings, sales, and client information.
Leads Management: Collaborate with the leads generating teams to track, obtain and manage new leads from advertisements and various marketing channels
Data Management: Accurately input and update client information, property details, records of property listings, and sales associated records into our database.
Client Coordination: Establish and manage strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
Manage any other administrative responsibilities relating to the RT realty team.
Communication/Interaction:
Potential Leads- Daily/ As Required
Leads Team- Daily
Realty Team – Daily
Transaction Team – As Required
Research Team – As Required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and google Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional teams.
Excellent customer service.
A desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
Experience with real estate software or CRM systems.
Bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
