Responsibilities
Warehouse
Received truck with product from Laredo, Download transfer in Protheus and accommodate product in the warehouse (twice a week)
Verify rotation of product dates in stock (weekly)
Carry out warehouse inventory “Physical vs. Reply”.(3 time week)
Maintain warehouse in order and clean
List of office and warehouse supply (authorized by leader)
Inspection of routes vehicles (clean and basic operating conditions)
Support routes daily on sale liquidation and file sales report (repliqs) for every route
Make a bank deposit for the sale of the previous day.
Support and request for authorizations for repairs of trucks, entry of titles to the system and request for payment or payment by card, as the case may be.
