In need of an experienced assistant maintenance manager for our N. Houston 280-Unit Apartment at 45N & BW8.
-Must be HVAC Certified with 5 years experience preferred.
-Must have 5 years of apartment maintenance experience.
-Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and be able to work M-F from 8 am to 5 pm.
-Bilingual preferred but not required.
-Duties are to maintain pool, grounds, HVAC, work order unit maintenance, building maintenance, and all aspects of maintaining the property.
-Additional duties are to assist management of other maintenance staff, grounds staff, and make a ready staff.
