Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property
- Handle property leasing activities, including showing units to prospective tenants, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that work orders are completed promptly and to the satisfaction of tenants
- Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, conducting inspections and documenting any damages or necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and tenant information
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including creating online listings and organizing open houses
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants to promote tenant retention and satisfaction
