Responsibilities will include:
· Managing office staff
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Approving Applications
· Managing Make Readies
· Vendor Relationship
· Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting
· Evictions
· Maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects
· Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times
· Payroll and Bills
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 5+ years previous experience in property management – will check references
· Computer skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Excellent follow up skills via email and phone
· Professional presentation
· Friendly, energetic and great people skills
· Onesite experience
