We are looking for a licensed Houston area Realtor or Broker for role as residential property manager for long term and mid-term residential rental homes.
As a residential property manager, you will find clients and manage a portfolio of primarily single-family residential properties. The Property Manager is the primary point of contact for both the Tenant and Owner, handling issues such as repairs, inspections, security deposits, move ins/out, etc.
The Property Manager will build lasting relationships with owners and tenants resulting in retention and happy clients.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the coordination of maintenance and repairs, performing property visits as needed, working with contractors, coordinating move ins and move outs.
· Manage the security deposit disposition
· Builds customer loyalty by delivering excellent customer service to Owners, Tenants, Vendors and Realtors
· Work with the maintenance coordinator to dispatch appropriate vendors and communicate with owners
