We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager / Business Development Representative to join our team full-time. This is not just a sales job — it’s about building and maintaining strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, builders, and management companies.
Your role will include:
New Business Development – Visiting property management offices, HOAs, and builders to introduce our services and secure new accounts.
Account Management – Maintaining relationships with current clients through monthly or bi-monthly check-ins, ensuring satisfaction, and preventing account loss.
Client Requirements – Coordinating with our office to ensure all paperwork, insurances, and compliance requirements are met for each account.
Service Knowledge – Understanding our HVAC and plumbing services and average pricing well enough to confidently present them to potential clients. (No deep technical expertise required.)
Collaboration – Acting as the bridge between our office, technicians, and client teams.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong people skills — confident, approachable, and not afraid to knock on doors.
Background or exposure to the property management industry is a big plus.
Basic knowledge of HVAC/plumbing services (training provided).
Must have a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided; company vehicle possible in future).
Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results.
