Job Title: US Marketing Digital IT Business Analyst
Description
The US Marketing Digital IT Business Analyst is accountable to the US Marketing organization and various US Marketing support organizations for enablement of business value and performance of IT services. The primary responsibility is to enable the US Marketing business to capture additional value, efficiencies, and/or opportunities by building requirements that leverage IT systems or processes. This position will focus on supporting the Branded and Unbranded Sales functions, assisting in executing the Analytics Driven Marketing (ADM) roadmap which includes a backlog of data engineering needs, supporting Aviation as well as assisting with Marketing Digital Transformation.
Responsibilities include:
• Translating business strategies into IT requirements and sourcing IT services to meet requirements, and measuring their business value
• Learning the business acumen; understanding end-to-end business processes
• Understanding and identifying alternatives, presenting options, and making recommendations to improve and optimize the businesses systems footprint
• Capturing business requirements and reviewing functional designs, with technical teams, for systems changes
• Performing feasibility analysis of project initiatives to prioritize, scope, and secure funding for US Marketing Digital IT capital projects
• Executing small capital projects within the US Marketing systems project portfolio
• Providing input and influence on US Marketing process and systems roadmap and LRP
Qualifications Basic/Required:
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree - Information Technology, Engineering or related
• 5+ years of IT experience in business analysis, or project roles
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with data aggregation and reporting tools e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, etc
• Working experience within the Fuel sales and supply industry
• Working experience with business requirements gathering methodologies
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with IT and business partners
