The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Bilingual Event Sales & Venue Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our potential clients. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, conducting venue tours, and guiding clients through the booking process. Your deep knowledge of the Houston events scene and your exceptional sales skills will be key to your success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on performance-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to all event inquiries received via phone, email, and web forms.

Schedule and conduct engaging and informative tours of Copacabana Hall for prospective clients.

Clearly communicate our venue's packages, pricing, and policies.

Build strong rapport with potential clients to understand their vision and needs.

Prepare and send out event proposals and contracts in a timely manner.

Follow up with leads consistently to secure bookings and close sales.

Maintain an organized database of leads, clients, and booking statuses.

Liaise with clients from the point of booking until hand-off to the event execution team.

Qualifications:

Bilingual Fluency: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Industry Experience: Proven experience in a sales or coordination role within the events industry (e.g., venue sales, event planning, catering sales) is required.

Local Houston Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of the Houston event market, including local vendors and trends.

Location: Must be a local resident of the Downtown Houston / East End area with reliable transportation.

Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

A natural ability for sales and negotiation.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Flexible schedule, with the ability to conduct tours on evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation:

This is a performance-driven role with high earning potential.

Competitive Commission: You will earn a generous commission for every event you successfully book.

Tour Stipend: You will be paid $15 for every qualified venue tour you conduct.
