$2,000 Base Monthly + Commissions + Monthly Bonuses
Location: Houston, TX 77041
We are hiring a proven, experienced car salesperson with a strong and verifiable track record in auto sales.
If you cannot show real automotive sales activity on your social media, this position is not for you.
COMPENSATION
$2,000 monthly base (paid weekly – $500/week)
$150 commission per car sold
10% commission on the portion of any down payment that exceeds $500
(Example: $1,500 down = 10% of $1,000 → $100 extra)
6-car monthly requirement
Hit 6 sales in the month: +$300 bonus
Hit 10 sales in the month: +$500 bonus
Earning Scenario: 10 Cars Sold in One Month
Assuming:
Average $1,500 down payment per deal (earning 10% of $1,000 = $100 each)
10 cars sold
Breakdown:
Base salary: $2,000
10 cars × $150 = $1,500
10 cars × $100 (downs) = $1,000
6-car bonus = $300
10-car bonus = $500
Total Monthly Example at 10 Cars: $5,300
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell and close deals consistently
Keep the lot organized and presentable
Start all vehicles twice per week
Assist with inspections and lot operations
Take 1–2 payments daily
Handle walk-ins, phone leads, and online leads
Follow processes and remain productive throughout the workday
Help order parts with owner authorization
This position is hands-on and requires continuous productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
Verifiable auto sales experience
Active social media showing real car sales activity
Reliable, organized, and professional
Ability to follow systems and processes
No beginners. No trainees. Only experienced sales professionals.
