We are a fast-growing BHPH dealership on Eldridge Pkwy between 529 and Little York, currently selling 20 cars per month and growing.
We are looking for an experienced closer who can manage and close the appointments sent daily by our remote sales team and who can deliver results with professionalism, consistency, and integrity. Bilingual is a MUST.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership, works smart, handles customers correctly, and finishes deals — not someone who sends customers home because it’s late.
Position Structure:
This role is 80% sales and 20% operational support.
As we grow, the right individual will have access to more responsibility and new opportunities.
Compensation Package:
$2,000 monthly base (onsite salesperson + closer)
$500 monthly bonus for supporting shop operations and ordering parts only with owner authorization
$100 per deal closed from remote sales reps / appointment setters
$200 per self-generated sale (your own traffic + dealer traffic is a plus)
Sales Performance Requirement:
We use a 90-day metric.
You must close a total of 15 sales within any 90-day period (an average of 5 per month).
This allows flexibility — if one month you close 4, you can close 6 the next —
but the goal is 15 sales every 90 days.
Responsibilities:
Manage, follow up, and close the appointments sent by our remote sales reps every day
Close your own sales and dealer traffic sales
Handle customers professionally — including those who return after weeks/months requesting shop favors
Open the dealership and serve as onsite leadership
Order parts only with owner approval
Take payments, down payments, and enter all reports live and in real time
Note: Collections are handled at another office; you will only cover the collector’s day off and handle the very few walk-in cash payments that occur
Maintain coordination and workflow while taking direction only from the owner
Arrive 15 minutes early to plan the day with the mechanic
Maintain lot organization, appearance, and flow
Coordinate tasks with our part-time porter
Keep the website updated twice per week
Send vehicle photos to the remote sales team through established WhatsApp groups
Must have reliable transportation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a closer who can actually close
Ability to manage and close leads generated by remote sales staff
Strong communication and leadership without being directed by anyone except the owner
Professional under pressure and with demanding situations
Organized, honest, disciplined, consistent
Full-time availability
Bilingual is a MUST
