We are looking for a motivated and resilient Fire Chaser to join our restoration team. This is a fast-paced, on-the-road role where you’ll be first on the scene after a fire or disaster. Your mission is to provide immediate support to homeowners and property managers, introduce our restoration services, and help them take the first steps toward recovery. Responsibilities:
- Monitor local fire alerts, scanners, and emergency dispatches for live incidents.
- Arrive on-site promptly to make first contact with affected homeowners or property representatives.
- Provide compassionate communication and explain restoration and insurance processes clearly.
- Represent the company with professionalism and empathy, ensuring trust during stressful situations.
- Build relationships with local fire departments, police, and first responders to expand referral opportunities.
- Secure contracts and close sales to initiate restoration services.
- Assist with immediate property needs such as board-ups or coordination with mitigation teams.
- Accurately log leads, interactions, and outcomes in CRM software.
- Participate in local networking and business development activities during non-emergency time.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, restoration, or public safety is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and remain motivated during long, unpredictable shifts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual applicants highly encouraged.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record with reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, drive extended routes, and assist with light property tasks.
- Availability for evening, overnight, weekend, and on-call shifts as emergencies occur.
