The is a Direct Hire Seasonal Role Working (August to December) for AEP, Medicare Annual Enrollment Period – AEP for short – is a set time each year for changing your Medicare coverage choices if you choose to. AEP runs from October 15 to December 7.
After AEP this role will have the possibility of full-time.
Only Licenses Health/Benefits Agents will be considered.
Training is Paid
Bonus is Paid Out in Training - $1,500
Overtime Throughout AEP (Time and 1/2)

This is a seasonal role beginning in August through December 8th. Based on performance and business needs there may be an opportunity to convert to a full-time role.
What you should know:
This is a sales role within a work-at-home call center environment. You will spend your workday on the phone answering calls from beneficiaries. Your calls will be recorded and monitored. Occasionally, you may be required to make outbound calls to follow up on leads. You will be required to meet daily sales metrics and goals. To be successful in this role you need to have good technological proficiency as the role requires you to toggle between multiple computer applications and screens while on the phone.
Hours: Must be able to work within the hours of 5:00AM-7:00PM PST, including weekends and holidays as needed. Must be available to work extended hours during the Annual Enrollment period, October 15th to December 7th.
Licensing: Our Carrier Associate Benefit Advisors are licensed insurance agents. As a licensed position working within a regulated industry, all candidates must undergo extensive background checks, including lifetime criminal background and credit history reports. eHealth may deny employment to or terminate the employment of any applicant or employee for whom the results of the background checks prevent or adversely affect licensing or certification.
