We’re hiring a sales closer to take 20+ live demos per week. No prospecting. No cold calling. We feed you the pipeline — you show up, run the call, and close.
You’ll receive 40 appointments per week with a 50% show rate (about 20 demos). Your target close rate is 25%.
Compensation:
35% commission on a $645 average ticket.
That’s $225.75 per sale.
Close 5–6 deals/week and you’re taking home $1,125–$1,350 per week.
No base. No hourly. Straight performance pay. 1099 contractor.
What you do:
— Take inbound pre-set appointments
— Run simple 30–45 min demos
— Follow the script
— Close deals
— Work from anywhere
What we need:
— Someone who actually shows up
— Someone who can close at 20–30%
— Someone who doesn’t need hand-holding
— Someone comfortable closing on Zoom
— Must have 2 years of verifiable experience
