Texas Auto is a full-grown and expanding Buy Here Pay Here dealership with approximately 1,000 active in-house accounts.
Our operation is lean, honest, and built on trust.
You’ll be handling walk-ins, fresh calls, repeat customers, and referrals — no dead leads or waiting around. We keep the lot active and the phone ringing.
Role Overview
Work closely with the owner to ensure daily sales run smoothly.
Own customer follow-up, online postings, and day-to-day sales flow.
Responsibilities
Sell vehicles directly to customers — 8 units per month required.
$2,000/month base at 8 units + $400 bonus at 12 units.
Commissions per vehicle + performance bonuses.
Typical monthly earnings for an average performer: $4,500–$5,000 with minimum sales.
At 14–16+ units, total monthly pay can reach $6,000–$6,500+.
At 18–20+ units, top performers make $8,000+ monthly.
Post and manage inventory on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms.
Keep clear, consistent communication with the owner and execute proper T.O. (Turn Over) when needed.
Requirements
Proven car sales experience (BHPH preferred).
Reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated closer.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Able to manage leads, online posts, and keep the pipeline full.
Compensation and Growth
Base Salary: $2,000/month.
Bonus: $400 at 12 units.
Extra: 10% after a $1,000 Reserve (details in interview).
Commissions: Per unit sold (structure discussed in interview).
