Sales and Memberships – Legends Boxing (Beechnut Location)

Key Responsibilities
Grow studio retention first and foremostby building strong relationships with members, ensuring they remain engaged, and generating referrals.
Oversee daily gym operations in collaboration with the Owner, Head Coach, and Corporate team.
Participate in aminimum of 1 class per weekto understand our programs and offer informed guidance to members.
Manage member interactions across all channels (calls, emails, texts,in-person), logging activity in ourClub Ready CRM system.
Drivenew member acquisitionand conversions from trial sessions to memberships.
Maintainlead follow-up processesand ensure timely engagement with prospects.
Plan and executemonthly/quarterly strategiesto meet financial and operational targets.
Support marketing efforts via social mediato generate leads and promote the gym’s programs.
Requirements
2+ years of experiencein retail/service sales, fitness sales, or customer service.
Passion forfitness and hospitality, with a proven track record of achieving goals.
Availability to work evenings and some weekends.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in data management.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with staff, members, and the public.
Ability to recognize areas of improvement, make sound decisions, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Proficiency with computers and studio management software.
