We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at Vintage Park.
What you’ll do
Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Handle reception duties: phones, scheduling, and guest inquiries.
Conduct retail sales of our services and products, helping guests choose what’s right for them.
Follow up with interested customer leads on the phone to book new appointments and sell memberships (you will call 25+ leads per shift).
Give friendly tours of the studio and walk customers through their appointments.
Reset rooms and maintain cleanliness so every guest has a high-quality experience.
What we require
Reliability above all else. This is a fixed-schedule role — punctuality and consistency are non-negotiable.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable engaging with guests, making recommendations, and selling wellness services/products.
Team player who also takes ownership and pride in independent work.
Prior retail sales or reception experience preferred.
Position details & perks
Full-time (35-40 hrs/wk on consistent shifts)
Pay starts at $15/hr + commission on sales
Free use of our services (outside business hours)
25% discount on all retail products
15% discount on services for friends and family
