BPC Development LLC is expanding and looking for skilled Appliance Repair Specialists in Houston, TX. We provide high-quality, on-demand appliance repair services and need reliable, professional technicians who can quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
Position Details:
- Pay: $100–$125 per completed service call, depending on experience and efficiency. Multiple jobs per day!
- Service Charge to Customers: $225.00 per service call.
- Job Assignments: Calls are routed as they come in. You must be available within a set response window to accept jobs.
- Expectations:
- Arrive on time and in uniform for all service calls.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and solutions—whether completing a repair or advising the customer on next steps.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Deliver quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and own set of professional tools.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in appliance repair (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, etc.).
- Availability to accept jobs on short notice.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Clear communication with both customers and dispatch.
- Background check required before onboarding.

- Uniforms provided and required for all service calls.
